1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty
Every SIMPLYMDRN case is backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong with the case itself, we will replace it — no cost to you.
What's Covered
The SIMPLYMDRN warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery.

Approved warranty claims are fulfilled with a direct replacement of the same product. We cover the cost of the replacement item and outbound shipping.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Send an email to support@simplymdrn.com with the subject line "WARRANTY CLAIM — [your order number]".
Include These Details
Your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect. Photos significantly speed up the review process.
We Review and Respond
Our team reviews all warranty claims within 1–2 business days. If approved, we dispatch your replacement immediately.
You do not need to return the defective item unless we specifically request it.
