Standard tracked shipping

We offer one tracked shipping method at checkout. The rate is calculated from your destination and packed order weight, so only the rate that applies to your order is shown.

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch. Please allow 3-6 business days for order preparation.

Key delivery estimates

  • United States: 5-8 business days
  • Canada: 5-7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
  • Australia: 7-12 business days
  • Other supported destinations: the exact estimate is shown with the rate at checkout

Address restrictions

  • United States: the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. only. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO military addresses are not available.
  • Australia: Northern Territory and unsupported Zone 4 remote postcodes are not available.
  • United Kingdom: BFPO and unsupported offshore addresses are not available.
  • Spain: Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are not available.
  • Portugal: Azores and Madeira are not available.
  • Bahrain, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates: PO boxes are not accepted; a complete street address and phone number are required.
  • Some carrier postcode exclusions cannot be blocked automatically. If YunExpress confirms that an entered address is outside service coverage, we will cancel and refund the order before dispatch.

If a country or region does not appear in the delivery country list at checkout, we cannot currently ship there.

International orders

Customs duties, taxes, and local import charges may apply. Carrier or customs delays can occur after dispatch.
