Order Processing
All SIMPLYMDRN items are made on demand. Because we do not store inventory ahead of time, each order is produced individually to support custom, high-quality items.
Please allow up to 5 business days after placing your order for processing before your package is dispatched. No shipping on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once dispatched.
Address accuracy: Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot redirect shipments once dispatched. If you notice an error, email support@simplymdrn.com immediately — changes can only be made before an order ships.

Express Shipping
Express Tracked shipping is available at checkout for the following destinations: Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Spain, Australia.
Express delivery times and costs are listed in the table above. Express shipping changes the carrier transit speed after dispatch; made-on-demand processing still applies.
Duties & Customs
SIMPLYMDRN products may ship internationally. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and similar charges are determined by the destination country and local customs authority.
Order Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number, sent by email once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order at any time via our Track Your Order page.
If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier immediately.
Lost or Damaged Orders
Damaged on arrival: Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos — we will ship a replacement at no cost.
Lost in transit: If the carrier declares a shipment lost (not just delayed), we will reship or issue a full refund — your choice.
Marked delivered but not received: Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, liability passes to the delivery address. Contact the carrier with your tracking number first, then reach out to us and we will assist.
