REFUND & RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

Eligibility for Returns: Customers can request a return when they are not satisfied with the product or if the item is damaged. The return request must be made within 30 days of receipt, and the item should be in its original packaging and condition.

Items Excluded from Returns: Items that are on final sale or fully discounted are non-returnable.

Return Process: Customers can initiate a return via our return portal at: https://simplymdrnca.returnscenter.com or by contacting us at support@simplymdrn.com.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and the return shipping should be trackable. Please ship returns to the following address:

Once the item is received, we will initiate the next steps.

Replacements and Exchanges: Replacements and exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Customers can request replacements or exchanges by reaching out to our support email at support@simplymdrn.com.

Damaged or Defective Items: To be eligible for a refund due to a defective item, customers must provide a VIDEO or IMAGE that clearly shows the item(s) we sent was defective. Refund requests without VIDEO will not be entertained, as we require this as proof to claim it back from our suppliers. The refund process might take up to 2 weeks for verification purposes.


REFUND

Refund Options: Refunds can be directed to the original payment method or provided as store credit. Refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 3-5 business days, depending on the payment method used.

Refund Deductions: If the return is due to a mistake on our end, there will be no deductions from the refund amount. However, if the return reason is due to customer preference (e.g., not liking the item) or a mistake on the customer's part (e.g., wrong size ordered), a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Full Refund: A full refund will be given if customers provide Full Information regarding the defective item.

Parcel Not Delivered: A full refund will be provided if the parcel is not delivered within our promised delivery time frame. For our promised delivery time frame, please refer to the shipping information provided during the checkout process.


WARRANTY

Warranty Coverage: We cover all products for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Please refer to our Warranty Policy section for more details.
