You have a full 365 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. This is our commitment to the quality of our products — if something is not right, we fix it.

How to Start a Return

Send your order number and reason for return to support@simplymdrn.com. For defects or damage, include clear photos of the issue.

Our team will review your request and provide the return shipping address and any specific packaging instructions. We respond within 1 business day.

Ship Your Return

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable carrier — we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damages & Defects

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Report within 48 hours of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will ship a replacement immediately at no charge — no need to return the original.

Reports submitted more than 48 hours after the carrier's confirmed delivery timestamp may require additional verification.

Want a different design or phone model? The fastest way to exchange is:

  1. Return the original item following the process above
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you get the new item faster rather than waiting for the exchange cycle. If you need help coordinating timing, email us and we will assist.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not seen the refund, contact us and we will follow up directly with your payment provider.
