We believe in being open and honest with our customers. To provide you with high-quality products at the best possible price, we manufacture and ship our products directly from our own factory and warehouse located in China. This allows us to oversee the entire production process, ensuring quality while passing the savings on to you.

Order Processing & Confirmation
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please Double-Check Your Order: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We can only make changes before the order has been shipped.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with your shipping confirmation and tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in China. Our estimated delivery time for all orders is 6-10 business days after the 1-3 day processing period.

Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Example Rate 1: $4.52 for select countries (e.g., Austria, Belgium, Brazil, etc.)

Free Shipping: We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50!
Please note: The transit times above are estimates. While we work closely with our shipping partners to provide the best experience, delivery can sometimes be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs delays or carrier service disruptions.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs charges. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. The customer is solely responsible for any duties and taxes applied to their package. We cannot predict or control these charges, as they are determined by the customs agency in the destination country.
Delivery & Return Policies
Failed Delivery: If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, an absent receiver, or if the customer refuses to collect the package, it will be returned to our facility at the customer's expense. The return expense, including any shipping costs, duties, and taxes incurred, will be deducted from your refund total.
Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered: We do not refund or replace items that are marked as "Delivered" by the courier. We strongly recommend shipping your order to a secure address to prevent theft. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Returns due to change of mind: If you are not satisfied with your product and wish to return it, we accept returns for a 15% restocking fee. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Returns due to Product Issues: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us immediately. We offer a full refund or a replacement. For replacements, we require the original item to be returned to us first.
