Shipping and Processing Information

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Canada. The shipments are fully tracked—from our door to yours.

Orders need 1-2 business days of processing before they ship out. Please remember shipping time doesn't include these processing days.

For items marked as “pre-order” or custom orders, please check the ship-out date on the product page. These items typically require 2-3 weeks for processing, depending on the type of pre-order or custom order.

• Priority: 2-3 business days

International

• Standard: 7-14 business days (excluding duties and taxes)

• Priority Delivery: $10.00 - $15.00 USD/CAD
• Free Shipping: For orders above $50.00 USD/CAD

Europe

• Standard Delivery: $7.00 - $9.00 USD/EUR
• Free Shipping: For orders above $50.00 USD/EUR

Customs/import fees are the recipient's responsibility and are imposed by the country's regulations to which the goods are shipped.

Tracking

All orders are 100% tracked. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to start showing shipping information.

US and Canada

• All orders are fully tracked.

EU and International

• Orders to most major countries are fully tracked. Some countries may have partial tracking.

This might cause a slight delay in processing and shipping your orders. Please bear with us as processing times could extend to 3-7 business days, and shipping may take an additional 10 business days on top of our regular estimates.
