Orders are being dispatched from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada, within 1-3 business days after placing the order.

Your order will be delivered to you via or your local postal services.

Shipping time

Depending on where you live, shipping usually takes:

  • Canada: 1-5 days
  • United States: 2-5 days
  • Europe: 7-15 days.
  • AUSTRALIA & NZ: 15-20 business days. ( temporary extended due to covid)
  • Rest of the World: 10-20 days
Please note that these time frames apply to regular (non-pandemic) circumstances. Due to pandemic, depending on your location regulations, there might be slight delays on top of standard delivery times. We ask you to give up to 10 days on top of regular delivery time before getting in touch with our customer service team.

 

    Tracking

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please note that it might take from 1 to 3 business days for tracking to start showing information. Once the package gets taken from us, it travels to the CA logistics center, where it gets scanned and starts updating tracking status, and it is not unusual for a shipment to go more than 24 hours without an update while in transit.

    REFUND POLICY

    We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee within 10 days after you received your item(s) - Which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order within 10 calendar days after you received your items. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.

    PARCEL NOT RECEIVED

    (Not Received Requests must be filed within 30 Days of Order)

    If the parcel has not been received and is within the 30 days of the order date then you may request a full refund and it will be honored by our staff. If the order was placed 30+ days ago and parcel has still not been received then it is up to staff discretion to not offer a refund as tracking expires in that time period, Thus we have no way of knowing if it arrived.  

    All orders not received must be reported within 30 Days for a refund. 

    NO REFUNDS (AFTER 10 DAYS RECEIVED THE PARCEL)

    We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at support@simplymdrn and provide the following information:

    REFUND TIME FRAME

    Every refund request will be investigated by our fulfillment department and it will take 2 - 3 working days to process due to the high volume of orders. 

    We will apply a refund to the original method of payment within the next 12 hours if you are eligible. Crediting to your account could take up to 7 working days depending on your bank.

    We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it has been over 10 days since product was delivered or there is evidence that the damage is due to regular use or in any way caused by the customer.

    REQUIREMENTS FOR REFUND:

    • Must include a VIDEO or IMAGE that clearly shows the item(s) we sent was defective.
    • Refund request without VIDEO will not be entertained as we need this as proof to claim it back from our suppliers.
    • Refund process might take up to 2 weeks progression for verification purpose.
    • Shipping Fees will not be refunded back to customers as we shipped the item out.
    • Full Refund will be given if customers provided Full Information regarding defective item.
    • Full Refund if the parcel is not delivered within our promised delivery time frame. Delivery time frame please refer here.

    RETURN POLICY

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return the product(s) to us within 10 calendar days after the items were received for a refund, No Questions Asked.

    Requirements for Returns:

    • Must include a valid original purchase order number provided by www.simplymdrn.com(All purchases made outside of www.simplymdrn.com must contact their seller regarding returns.) 
    • Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
    • Returned products that are not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

    Refunds will be issued after the returns are received.
